Manager / Director of Product Marketing

The Katiesoft.com technology has the potential for applications in a broad range of consumer and commercial markets. The major role will be to define and to implement the overall product strategy for Katiesoft technology. The head of Product Marketing will help to integrate the input from customer segments and formulate an evolving set of product needs and functionality. The role will require seamless coordination with engineering to develop future product functionality and roadmap. In addition to a pure product focus, the successful candidate will help to define the overall product and solution roadmap for both consumer and commercial segments. This will involve the management of long-term relationships with client technology and marketing teams.

The position will require significant creativity and ambition. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in marketing new technology products, ideally software and Internet (3+ years).


Business Development Director

The primary goal of the Business Development Director will be develop and drive the partner strategy. The role will be responsible for "growing the potential profit pool" by aligning the company with new partners and by evolving new business models. This includes distribution partners and co-marketing partners. Responsibilities include partner identification, strategy development, deal valuation, prioritization, deal structure, negotiation and follow-through. The successful candidate will establish and maintain relationships with business partners and work with the product marketing and engineering. The Director will manage the existing business development team, recruit new team members and contribute to the overall company strategy.

All our team members must be creative, energized and innovative. The successful Business Development Director must possess at least three years experience in business development or sales in a technology or Internet company. The individual must be a highly-motivated self-starter who can identify key issues, define priorities and get things done - he/she must be results driven. Successful candidates will have already demonstrated an ability to create results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Sales / Business Development Administrator

This highly valued position will assist with the development of Sales and Business Development processes. This individual will help in the creation of sales materials, online presentations, coordination of meetings and travel logistics, client tracking/follow-up reporting, and email.

Must be extremely organized, self motivated, and enthusiastic.
Goal as well as team oriented.
Excellent communications skills: verbal as well as business writing.
Ideal candidates will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Internet searching/browsing. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, and PowerPoint a plus.
Ability to work and be dynamic in very fast paced Internet focused environment.


Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a Sales Associate who will help to develop and implement sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of driving sales revenues and building a comprehensive contact database.

Must be extremely organized, self motivated, and enthusiastic.
